I ordered a part from them for my AC last summer, they kept in telling me it would be a few weeks. So we kept on calling every few weeks. Finally, 10 months later, we decided enough was enough, so we called to get our money back, but they informed us they could not refund us because it was a ``special order`` yet they still had no piece to give us. We are going to dispute it with the credit card company. What any GOOD company would do in such a case , is stay in contact with the customer and not argue they were going to keep the money even thought they had no product to give them. I understand that it is not their fault if the part has not arrived, but I also do not see how they think it is ok to keep a customers money in this situation , clearly they need new policies.
