They charge a small fee for the transaction which is worth it, I find that is a really reliable and easy way. You can also send documents, which will arrive to any country in South America in 2 business days and you will be able to send any package for an affordable price, but not to my country. Besides the business part, they have agents that are super polite, by phone or in person, and I am really comfortable when I go there.
