Spa Luxe

The employees here are very unprofessional and rude. They do not call ahead to confirm your appointment as all other spas and salons I have ever used always do. I had a Groupon for this spa and was late for my appointment because I am pretty sure they gave me the wrong time over the phone. The staff then called me to tell me I was late and they would not be able to redeem my groupon because I missed my appointment. As I tried to explain that I was on my way and thought my appointment was at a different time the person on the phone was very rude to me and refused to compromise on anything. I then asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable so I asked that she phone me back;. I have now called back twice to speak to the manager and no one ever calls me back. Basically, I find this spa has terrible customer service and would NOT recommend them.
