Keenan at angel memorials is very unprofessional. Picking out a memorial is not something anyone wants to do and going there made it even worse! He didn't listen and just kept saying " you have to trust because I am an artist". He kept trying to sell this enormous memorial in spite of me saying that is not what I want. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place! There are many other spots in Edmonton that will take much better care and actually listen to what you want.
