The previous 2 reviews are 5 yrs old. This company was sold to new owners who have a different view of customer service. They value their customers as well as the power of good customer service. Communication with their customers is priority #1. Unfortunately they cannot undo the errors of their predecessors, but if given the opportunity will prove their commitment to great customer service is their goal.
