The recent decision to close the pharmacy at the Angus Shop Provigo (Montreal) have created considerable customer dissatisfaction. Before it was very convenient to do your grocery shopping on location while waiting for prescriptions to be filled. Now customers have to travel several blocks to the nearest Pharmaprix which has absorbed the former customers and pharmacists from the Angus Shop Provigo. Not only is this a great inconvenience, but the service at the new location (Pharmaprix) is very slow and poorly stocked. Loblaw corporate interests have trumped customer satisfaction! Considering taking my business elsewhere.
