In 1910, Alexis Savard opened the restaurant Mickey Mouse. In 1936, Alexis changes the name of the restaurant called the Café and George VI. In 1940, Alexis Hebert, who sells J.-A. continued to operate the restaurant until the early '60s, he rented a restaurant called Gendron, who, in turn, changes the name of the restaurant for one of the Coffee delights. Subsequently JA Hebert leases it to Roland Labrie who cares to turn four years. Finally, Mr. Hebert leases with purchase option Fernand Gauthier. In 1967, Ms. Gauthier relies on the purchase clause.
