I really wonder how this place stays open. i special ordered a monitor from them, specifically requesting a black framed monitor and noted on the invoice. paid the deposit and waited the week for it to be brought in. 7 days later, i get a call that it was in and i go and pick it up. i get there and they ordered the wrong monitor colour and said i requested the white model. i didn't want to argue with them and showed my receipt with it clearly stating a black one was ordered. The woman started to raise her voice and said that i would have to pay for the monitor still, even though it was the wrong one. She kept saying that i had it ordered in as a special order and that i had to pay for it. clearly we were going no where and i asked to speak to the manager, who she quickly said it was her. i left and called my credit card company and they gladly reversed the charges. i now give most of my business to NCIX
