Hawkers Delight Deli

Delicious inexpensive southeast Asian food in a tiny restaurant by Main and King Edward. I love the Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Hainanese chicken and Malaysian Laksa. They also offer free tea or hot water at the counter. One time I went there a little later in the day to get some grub before they closed and the cashier threw in a few deep fried vegetable fritters which were irresistible. My only complaint is that the portions are a bit small. But considering most of the dishes are around $5, they're still a pretty awesome deal.
