Jungle Jim's was founded in June 1991 in St. John's, Newfoundland, with a vision of a restaurant in which the owners would feel as comfortable with their young family as with their friends and business associates. A tropical atmosphere, fun food, huge servings, great value, exotic drinks and dynamic Tour Guides became the backdrop for a high- energy setting that would attract a target market of fun-loving kids from 1 to 99. The concept caught fire immediately and, in weeks, a defunct pizza restaurant was transformed into the talk of the town. Today, Jungle Jim's is the most widely recognized casual restaurant operator in the largest (non-pizza) operator in Atlantic Canada. EAT. DRINK. HAVE FUN
