Bayers Road Petro Canada

Let me start off by saying that I have never once written a negative review for customer service for any store or company. I am a very easy-going person, and approach everyone and everything with a smile and an open heart. At this store I have been treated very, very poorly by a woman named Dale who works there during the weekdays. I received a gas card when I made a purchase sometime last year, and through the process of moving unfortunately lost it. I phoned the company from whom I received it and was able to get the number and security pass on it in order to continue to use it (manually- can be typed into the system when I make purchases). Anywho, I have used this card number dozens of times at petro canadas across the maritimes, and never once encountered a problem until I encountered this woman, who treated me as if I were a criminal. She had me call the petro canada customer service and wait on the line for upwards of 40 minutes until I finally received confirmation that I could use the card. No fuss,
