She ruined my 800$ jacket shrunk the top and ruined the casing. There also was a tear from the drying. She refused to take responsibility and told me it was already there. The casing is completely ruined because she should have covered the top and didn't. Was so rude instead of simply apologizing and admitting she screws up. I would have been reasonable and fair.
