Westlock Glass

I ordered 2 pieces of 4 mm thick glass, at 292mm x 595mm, and i was told that they don't have it in stock, and i have to pay a little more for the 5 mm thick glass. I agreed, and they said it's gonna take around 3 to 3 and half hours to be done... Just needed simple, not fancy glass. Anyway, when i went to pick them up, surprise, one of the glass had 2 corners chipped pretty bad, and they tried to talk me to take it as it's a hidden corner anyway. Finally they agreed to cut another one and thwy wrapped it up in cardboard... When i got home, i measured them and... Another surprise: Both were 590mm lenght, instead of 595mm... A big issue when you need the exact measure, and instead of 292mm wide they were one at 290, and one at 290 on one end and 295 on other end... I ended up carving into the door to fit the one that wasn't even square, and filling with lots of silicone because the length was too short. As a first time customer, i was very disappointed, and never again i'll go back.
