Horrible horrible experience!!!! Worst shipping company Ever!!! Never picks up the phone or reply voicemail! We booked a time for appliance to be shipped and it was a 5 hour window. We took time off work in order to be home for this. They only give confirmation a day before as well without the time you ask for. We waited 5 hours and nothing! Re-booked again and waited another 5 hours and still nothing! they asked us to wait for the whole night and still NOTHING!!!!
