I Dropped off 14 dress shirts and 2 casual ones. 3 of them came back stained. They said they’ll clean them again. They recleaned 2 of them but the third they said they couldn’t because it had a dark blue dye and that it was stained with dye when I dropped them off! They wouldn’t take responsibility for their poor workmanship but they said they’ll give me a $50 store credit. I told them that they can keep their credit as I don’t want to risk ruining any other shirts.
