Northcan property management must be the worse ever property management.You can e-mail them time and time again when you need something done is your house they never reply. They do not care. I have a broken flange and need repair in my unit since Sep 17/2016. My personal home insurance replied right away but i am still waiting for a reply from Mr. Gord Barnes. He seemed to forget that i am paying my maintenance fees and have for the last 23 years. So i expect a little more cooperation from them which is impossible to get
