Pheasant Plucker The

We head over to the Pheasant Plucker sometimes as it's in a quieter area and offers a decent patio to sit down and have a beer and some pub food on. I would recommend the wing special they have on Mondays. Two for one wings and a great assortment of sauces available. I tried the Chili Thai and they were quite tasty and prepared nicely enough. They seem to offer a pretty good selection of authentic British pub food although I haven't tried everything on the menu. I would also recommend the bison shepherd's pie, it is a savoury and satisfying delight. My main critique would be the service which can be slow/neglectful, sometimes making you feel like they haven't noticed you at all, especially when you sit outside.
