Without a doubt the worst experience ever dealing with a buisness. I strongly recomend never sealing with this company at all. A simple car audio system ( which they call themselves professionals at installing) turned into a nighmare. Installed the system in my wifes ford expedition and after they were done with it the truck wouldnt start! They had it for a week after that trying to figure out what they did. Once he gave up he took itto the dealership and said i quote " dont worry i will pay the bill at the dealerhip". Went to pick it up tonight and surprise surprise we had to fork out half the bill there after he said it was going to be taken care of. Messed up the truck and lied about paying the repair bill at the dealership. And thats after spending $4000 on the system. Want to talk about a mickey mouse operation going on there. Bottom line is they screwed up the truck and didnt cover the costto fix their mess up. STAY AWAY FROM HIFI PLUS AND THE OWNER AL!
