Summarizing the experience with this great company, I would like to most importantly make this conflict heard and hope that Pete (the supervisor) will have consequences for his actions. Not only did he act unprofessionally but also did not provide any customer service by letting the customer go. Both treadmills were defective and there is no use to them. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID FALSE PROMISES AND POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS WITH THE WONDERFUL PETE! I WISH THIS COMPANY WOULD GO BANKRUPT AND FOR KARMA TO PREVAIL!
