Let me elaborate my terrible experience. Since they were associated with Mississauga Honda that was only reason I was ok to get the estimate from them. Post I got estimate $9700 (which is ~40% of my car value) for fixing the front bumper and other parts, I got suspicious and asked them to wait for my consent before starting repair. But before I authorized they started work which I found out when I called next day. Over the past few months I have some major concerns with paint quality. I have proof of the numerous email, text messages that I had sent to staff. (1) Black spots, bubble (due to bad paint job) started happening with 3 months after my car was fixed (meaning car was fixed in Dec 2016 and the issue surfaced in Apr 2017). (2) Paint started peeling when I did the car wash in May 2017 (which is kind of weird!). I had already spoken with litigation lawyer and will considering legal action against them.
