Kathy Skirving managed the previous soup/sandwich/salad shop onsite for over 12 years before the owners retired. The owners acknowledged Kathy’s commitment to the business and asked her to take over the lease for their franchise. Kathy decided she didn’t want the franchise but did want to open her own similar business on the same spot. So, she took over the lease and changed the name while still applying the quality approach to service and products

It sounds like its a catering company, but its not. It`s located in a little mall, in the food court. if you`ve been there once, then I guarantee you`ve be there a dozen or two times since. Its probably one of two places in that mall i stopn at to eat. I won`t lie, there`s only one thing I get, every single time. The cajun chicken sandwich (with added fresh mozza) - its delicious - and one of their soups. Her soups are absolutely incredible, and theres guaranteed to be a new one each time you stop by. I`ve had (and some will sound crazy, but they`re incredible) perogy and bacon, cheesburger soup, unreal chicken noodle, different pea soups, the list goes on. and that sandwich on her fresh baked bread is incredible. I love it.
