After searching various websites for headstones, I found Tompkins and Heels catalogue to have many choices. In following up on it, I visited their showroom and spoke with Judy Halbert, who made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk with. Judy pointed out to me that as much as the catalogue shows samples, they could make a monument however I wanted it to look. I had various ideas on it, and was always greeted warmly every time I dropped in to get Judy's take on it. The completed monument exceeded my expectations, and it was done within the time lines Judy said it would be. A year later, I returned to Tompkins and Heels, where Judy assisted me with another headstone. Again, I was extremely pleased with how well it turned out. I also appreciate Judy's warmth and personality, which helped greatly in having to going through this process. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
