Our main goal at Career Solutions is to help individuals find sustainable employment. We do this by addressing the specific needs of our clients and together, determining the best path to employment, whether it is assisting with job search, returning to school, or exploring the possibilities of self employment.[br][br]
Services include assessment of skills, interests and experience, job search strategies, workshops including resume and interview preparation, researching careers and occupations, labour market information, employment and training opportunities, job matching with employers for on-the-job training and/or work experience and, in some cases, additional support to help maintain employment. Career Solutions provides information and referral to all Employment Ontario programs and services including Second Career and Self Employment.[br]
