i have tried to get help with things in the city and they seem to sympathize with certain developmental people here and would rather let animals live sick and dirty . they should all be fired as i had to contact the ospca myself to get the help and they were able to help some of the animals . So , there is no need for the city of belleville to waist money on another screw up entity .
