On the busiest day of the year for florists, Valentines Day, we sent our daughter a small arrangement to her new apartment in Ottawa. We are from out of town. The bouquet was lovely but a few roses were wilted. It was most likely due to the cold weather but the owners arranged a lovely replacement plant for our daughter. They even held off delivery of the new plant till the following week as she left town for reading week. Amazing!!! You don't get service and thoughtfulness from anyone these days, let alone a business!! I will definitely be useing them again and highly recommend them Thank you!!
