Burger King

I have nothing but problems with this burger king. The first experience was one night we took the kids for supper and had to wait 20 min for our fries to be ready and served we were done our hamburgers before the rest of the meal arrived and this was all after sitting inline for 15 to get an order taken. Then last night I went with the family and the staff was not at all friendly and the lady that took our order was rude and did not give us our receipt. I mentioned it to the manager because their policy is if no receipt is given you get a $5 gift card, well the manager did absolutely nothing about it except reprinted a receipt and refused to give me the gift card. I'm so fed up with these stupid problems that I will not eat there again I will go somewhere else.
