Worst Customer Service skills I have yet to experience. Not only do they speak to you with disrespect, but they tell you one thing and then two seconds later when you question it they change their story. They don't event bother to pretend to care about you or your insurance claim.... You'll get more respect and customer service from a homeless person soup kitchen.
