Bell City Motel

Had been evacuated due to the #brantfordflood drove there to book a room for my husband and daughter got charged 120$ - and had to leave my husband's native status card " as collateral" ..? ( we were DESPERATE to book a room before they got all booked so I complied even though my instincts were against it.) then on my way home to gather my daughter n things I got notified we didn't need a motel as we can stay at family friends. I turned around ( was gone MAYBE 10 min ) to go back. I asked for my money back as I haven't even set a foot in or seen the room, for the manager to react right away in such a disrupitive manner, scream at me, SPIT on his own counter threw 50.00$ at me and proceeded to yell in my face until I backed up out side the door.( I just stared tearing up the whole time in complete disbelief ) this was a CRISIS in our community and this gentleman and gentlemen's family/company completely took advantage and acted sincerely inappropriate and disrespectful.
