On very short notice, Gary was able to take us in. My wife's battery decided to die just as I was planning to take my kid to hockey practice one cold morning.. I had the car towed to Gary's. My wife ended up using my car to take junior to his ice time. Gary and his staff were able to squeeze me in with a new battery (and check the rest of the electrical system so I would be able to use my car again that morning. Being with Gary has meant that he is willing to go that extra step if mini crises occur.
