Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Been there several times and no one knows anything about pets. They sell live animals that are sick - and basically tell you it's your fault when they die a day after you get them home. Owner is a jerk. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I can't believe this place is still in business.
