Ottewell Railing

Claire of Ottewell's failed to supply the correct railing materials for my project. I supplied a drawing and Claire cut two sections too short. When contacted to fix his mistake he said he would not order in the materials to fix his mistake unless I paid for them! This guy is unbelievable, incompetent and should not be in business. Don't trust Ottewells for any railing project. Go anywhere else and I'm sure you will be better off. If I could give these rip-off artists zero stars I would.
