Dealing with Prentice Plumbing (Mark Prentice, the owner) has been a very frustrating experience, to say the least. Despite the fact that their estimate was 30% higher than the competition, we were confident that they would provide a better service...a confidence that turned out to be a nightmare. Our calls to Mark Prentice was never returned, promised emails were never received, and despite having made full payment, we are still waiting for a week for the final invoice that was promised. The work started out fine, but was rushed and shoddy near the end, an assessment that Mark agreed with, such as: - The cold tubing line going to the shower had three colors, blue, clear and red - The hot tubing line going to the same shower had two colors, red and clear - The washing machine didn’t have an outlet box - The water lines of the washing machine were installed on the studs instead of through the studs - A leak on the cold line I don't recommend them
