Quite simply the best experience I've ever received from any kind of in-home service call. My 92-year old mother's water heater broke and I had Reliance come out since it's their rental. In a nutshell, their followup is appalling and I got bandied around from one department to another. Since the gas heater had to be converted to electric due to the existing piping no longer being up to code, they finally told me to contact Wright Electric to set things up. Brian Wright, the owner, treats you as if you're a personal friend. We had all our questions answered and the work done the next day. Although very busy, he expedited the job when he heard my mother didn't have any hot water for almost a week. I spoke with him several times because he was not satisfied until I had all my questions answered. A one of a kind company in this day and age. This man truly hss a passion for what he does!
