Angle's Black Angus Restaurant

Who could turn down a well cooked beef dinner made from the Black Angus cow? I didn't even try to resist. It is served to your liking -- from nearly still alive to almost char coaled. The preference seems to be for medium-rare. Though I prefer mine without any pink left in the meat. Tender and juicy. The knife is there to make a good impression, though you may just wish to caveman it with your bare hands.
