A 1 Cab

I have used this service several times. I have always found it slow but figured they might not have many drivers. I continued to use them as I figured a start up company needs business. However as of today I will never use this service again. I got groceries with my 3 year old grandson. We called the cab and waited. When he arrived he was on the phone. I tried to ask him where to put my stroller and was ignored. He just kept throwing my groceries in the back. At the end I handed him the stroller and he asked me where I would like him to put it? As we got in the cab he continued to talk on the phone. I asked him politely to " please don't drive while on the phone." his reply was "you can not tell me what to do". I will not use the company ever again!
