Viso Shipping Freight

My inlaws sent me some items I needed in Portugal from Canada the container arrived today in covao do lobo Portugal when I arrived at the address to pick up my stuff myself along with about 9 or ten other people had they're stuff had been opened and our electronics and other valuables stolen we were told by the owners of the container that customs had opened the container however there was no notice of inspection to be found and not only that but our boxes had not been opened they were cut with exacto knives from me there were about 800 dollars of stuff stolen but there was one couple who had about 3000 dollars worth of stuff stolen PS4 laptop amongst other electronics after causing a commotion I finally got the owner of the container to call viso who informed me that they're not responsible so we are pretty much out of luck how is it that they loaded the container at they're facility and between they're facility and the port the container was robbed clearly inside job
