My 18 month old now cries "HOT, HOT" every time she goes to wash her hands - she was recently scalded because of this company. Briefly, the incompetent install of a new water tank meant that the hot water now travels through, essentially a 1/4" pipe, for a 3 unit house. When the downstairs apartment uses hot water, the upstairs gets a severe restriction. If you set the water upstairs (for washing hands, dishes, showers, etc.) at a normal temperature, and the downstairs unit turns off their hot water, you get scalded. This happens every day now. The opposite is true, also. If you are using the shower, for instance, and someone uses the hot water, the shower now runs cold. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BEFORE TROPIC AIR REPLACED OUR HOT WATER HEATER! If my daughter gets burned again before I can fix this issue, can I report them to the police? This is egregious negligence on their part. My recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY.
