A long time employee of don park. Quit the job after an wok place injury. Management push employees hard to get more production rather to motivate to get the same. Pushing and rough dealing with the employees are unethical. Supervisiors and lead hands need to have management training regarding manpower dealing. Result of it is frustration of employees who keep leaving this place on continuous basis. Finally it is not good place to work.
