I read this paper once a week, on Sunday's. I read it specifically to review what Haroom Sidqui has to say about the Middle East. It is amazing to me that a newspaper will publish such a one dimensional, one topic, and virulent anti-semetic writer who continually amazes the audience with his absolute hate for Israel and anything Jewish. His remarks border on slander, but can always be defended due to his ability to pick a sliver of fact from a sentence. This week he commnented about how Israel bordered a blockade running ship full of a mix of confused left wing liberals and terrorists, and when the dust settled, 9 of the passengers were dead. He failed to outline that the passengers were armed, the Isaelis were not and that it was miracle none of the Israeli's were killed afte the passengers, who were on a peace mission, attached the Israelis. Imagine a ship full of these people, outwardly flaunting the laws of Canada or any other civilized democratic country, trying to breach the countries territorial.
