Should not be in business, Arrogant, Incompetent, Lethargic, greedy, coward are some of the the word that could describe his conduct. He is one man business, with contact center hired to do his monitoring. They dont even know/care about escalating the alarms and engaging authorities if you are not near your phone or in case of emergency. And this guy would sever his contract when you try to question his abilities. Does not even have a decent sys. It took one hour to call me second time in emergency, when confronted he told me that he will be discontinuing my contract at the end of the term which was in less than 15 days. He said, i should be glad that he was not charging me for the repair and reconciliation call he had to make after the break in at my store.... And he is office, no service desk during business hours to cater to you.....stay away....
