Horrible Service. They are great on getting all your money from your insurance coverage. First thing on your mind would be "OH great!! Free money!"But they will keep the remaining balance (After your purchase of glasses, contact lenses and etc) on credit. I went back to purchase another pair of glasses with the credit balance i had, but Kristi (the manager) was trying so hard throwing me all the sales pitch she knew to prevent me from spending my credit balance and once it didn't work she got offended and started giving me all the negative comments on how the glasses I picked were horrible choices. In the end, i picked another pair and she said it will be done in a week and it has been a week but no calls. I will call and find out. Nonetheless, i will never go back once i get my pair of glasses
