I also had a very negative experience with Air Care. They told me they were coming to repair my system for over three months and never showed up. I've never dealt with a worse company. They kept telling me they were coming and I took off time from work but they were always a no show. I loss several days of work and my electric bill almost tripled. I Strongly recommend you call a different company, air care does not care about their customers.
