Dropped my off my German Shepard to get a bath. I noticed when I got her home next day she had a bad shave job on her back. I never asked her to be clipped or shaved. Looks like they tried to blend it, you don't shave German Shepard's. I called in and was told they will get back to me. Waited whole day and no call back. To me this is a big deal requiring fast and prompt reply. Due to this they just lost 4 dogs as clients!!!
