We purchased a hot tub from this company. The communication and response times were very quick until after the ca$h for the tub was handed over. We tried contacting this company several times, after the hot tub was delivered, with no luck. The tub is missing 2 jets and a 3rd jet does not work. There was also a warranty included when we purchased the tub, pretty hard to make use of a warranty when the company refuses to answer your calls, txt msgs, etc....brutal after purchase service. The employees that delivered the tub didn't have anything nice to say about the owner and they way he runs this business, wish we would have known this before the money was transferred. This guy should not be in business worst customer service ever. Save your money, please look elsewhere to shop
