I had an accident on Saturday, September 29/18 coming home from a day at wonderland & dinner with my 4 year old daughter, her friend and her mom. We were hit very badly from behind while turning. John of Flexible towing was one of the first people on site. This was the first time I had been in an accident and he was amazing. He stayed with me while I was waiting for first responders, stayed with my daughter while I spoke with police so she could stay warm in my car. He went out and got me a tea and my daughter a treat. But the biggest thing was he decided for my comfort factor to tow my car into the plaza so I could wait for my husband and then they unloaded my car. I cannot believe that there are still people like this in an industry that is usually very cut throat and just out for the money. He also called me the morning my card was towed to my collision centre to see how we were all doing and to let me know my car arrived to where I wanted it . I highly recommend John and Flexible
