With no warning, our drains were backed up andwater kept filling up our kitchen sink, we were bailing water for hours but as soon as Robert from Plumbing Authority arrived, our fears were finally calmed. Robert told us he would handle everything. Also mentioned a problem in our bathroom so he took a look at it and did a fantastic job repairing a leak in my wall behind a vanity…He replaced the faulty connection, with a more professional job than the original builder of the home…no more water on my bathroom floor… Robert was so efficient, and so informative, it was amazing. He answered all my questions and added more information then needed (good thing). I would totally recommend Plumbing Authority to all my friends and family.
