Concept Appraisals Limited

Called for an appraisal today and was informed that the guy was actually in our community today. Lady on the phone asked me if it was an appraisal for the bank or personal, I answered the question. I have no appraisal knowledge so didn't state that the appraisal was for a commercial building. Received a call from the senior accountant who asked me why I wasted their time by getting the appraiser to come to my community (which I didn't) without stating that it was a commercial building? Guy hung up on me when I tried to explain the conversation I had with the lady I spoke with that morning. Super condescending and rude guy. Would not recommend.
