Worst experience ever! Against my better judgement, I went to support a local store instead of Sherwin-Williams (where I get a decent contractor's discount) - and despite paying much more, the rude store owner felt it appropriate to argue with me in front of people. (Arguing that I ordered the smaller can, when in fact I ordered a bigger - MORE EXPENSIVE can!) Worst customer service EVER. I think the lady serving me was a snob and acted rude towards me as I had contractor clothes on. (Not a clean Polo shirt with khakis ) This lady does not know how to appreciate customers who spend their hard-earned money there - to treat you like a decent human being. Extremely disappointing. NOT CONTRACTOR FRIENDLY. Would not recommend wasting any of your money there - the mark-ups are crazy.
