We have been trying for over 1 year to get one of our windows fixed that was under warranty. We were told a replacement part would be dropped off, then we were told it would be mailed, now we are being told it has never been ordered. For over a year we have written, called, spoken to the owner, left voicemails. We have done everything in our power to get this window repaired and still nothing. Over one year to get one window fixed!
