R & R Sewer and Water

Do not recommend this company. We hired him in October 2017 to install septic tank and pump. he said he would be here within 2 weeks. That never happened after numberous messages and phone calls it was installed in late December. Thats 2 months with no water, showers having to go to laundromat etc. Always an excuse that his equipment was up north and it would be back but never was. He told us he would return in the spring to finish the job and fill in the hole and move the dirt and debris he left in a mess. Used the fill he was suppose to put around tank around hole so he didnt get stuck and not much put around tank. Dontacted him in spring to see when he was coming and he said as soon as he could. Well this went on all summer as well. His truck was stolen and he was fighting with autopac and would come as soon as he could Its October 23rd and no Don. We are seniors and the hole is dangerous for kids or dogs. When I contacted him he was swearing like crazy.
